The 2009 Intention Empowerment was a special energy to help manifest positive intentions for the year 2009. The 2010 Intention Empowerment is similar to last year's, with additional energy to help with change and transformation. For many, 2010 may be a year of struggles and challenges, and this energy can help to make dealing with those challenges easier.

How to Receive the Attunement

Attunements can be sent over distance and time, so this attunement is there for you, ready to receive it whenever it is most convenient. To receive the attunement, set aside approximately 30-45 minutes for meditation. Set your intention (see manual), and simply ask to receive the 2010 Intention Empowerment attunement. You may choose to enhance your experience using candles, essential oils, or anything else that creates a sacred space for you.

It is a good idea to drink some water after an attunement, and to take it easy for the next day to allow the energies to settle.
