Emotional Freedom Reiki (EFR) is a powerful combination of Reiki and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT is an effective healing modality in its own right and involves tapping on acupressure points while repeating statements focusing on the issue you want to clear. In this audio course, you will learn how to use EFR for yourself and for clients. The course comes with 6 MP3s that were recorded from a live teleclass. You can use any type of Reiki you would like with EFR. A PDF manual is included, but is being re-written and will be available to all purchasers of the course by mid-January.
