To receive the attunement, set aside approximately 30-45 minutes for meditation, and simply ask Mother Earth to send you the Earth Energy Boost attunement. You may choose to enhance your experience using candles, essential oils, or anything else that creates a sacred space for you.
It is a good idea to drink some water after an attunement, and to take it easy for the next day to allow the energies to settle.
