Because of the nature of the electronic products and services that are provided on this site, refunds are generally not given. Once an attunement has been sent, it can not be given back or returned. Similarly, electronic files cannot be returned. However, should you be unhappy for your order for any reason, the following can be provided:
1. If you feel your Reiki attunement was not strong enough or you felt you did not receive it properly, simply request a second one, and I will be happy to send it to you.
2. If you were unhappy with the product then under special circumstances you can receive an equivalent credit towards any other item in the store.
3. Under very special circumstances, refunds will be given; for example, if you accidentally put too much in your shopping cart or ordered the wrong thing.
